Security Deposit: The security deposit amount may vary from one property to another and will be specified in the listing of each one. The security deposit will be charged to your credit card five days before arrival and will be refunded within seven days after check-out, as long as there has been no damage to the property.
Check-in: Check-in time is specified in the listing and shown in the confirmation email. You must provide our company with your arrival information 3 days before your check-in and agree on the time you will meet to receive the keys.
Check-out: Check-out time is specified in the listing and shown in the confirmation email. The check-out time must be punctual, if you require extra time, you must request permission through an email to our company, permission might be granted based on availability for an additional fee. Otherwise, this could be considered an extra night.
People covered in the reservation: It is absolutely forbidden to increase the number of people in the reservation without notifying it to our company. The number of people staying at the property must be the same as the one placed on the reservation form. If after making a reservation, you wish to add other guests you must request permission through an email to our company. Permission will be granted if the conditions of the apartment allow it. The new price will be estimated and you must pay the difference in order to receive confirmation. In case you wish to reduce the number of guests, the price will remain the same.
Underage children: The rental price includes children under the age of 5 using existing beds. In case an additional bed is required, you must let us know when making your reservation to see if we can satisfy your requirement.
Pets: Pets are strictly forbidden in our properties. Breach of this regulation will cause penalty charges of $500.
Cleaning: You will find our apartments perfectly clean, but for the apartment to be in the same condition when you leave, you must pay a cleaning service. Cleaning fee may vary from one property to another and will be specified in the listing of each one. If you wish to have any extra cleaning service during your stay, you may request it through an email to our company.
There is a strict ¨NO PARTY¨ policy on the guest floors. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation, and a $1000 penalty.
Our property is non-smoking. There will be a fee of $250 for smoking anywhere inside the building or apartment.
There is a charge of $50 for every lost suite key or FOB, and a charge of $150 for the lost of the Parking Permit.
Come to Miami Group LLC as well as the owner are not responsible for any actions the tourists or clients might take inside the property and its premises during their stay, which goes against the Florida laws or Condominium Rules. Similarly, Come to Miami Group LLC as well as the owner are not responsible for lost personal items of the tourist or client.
Come to Miami Group LLC reserves the right of admission as well as the right to do an eviction in the property without previous notice in case of breach of contract, rules and regulations of the company or in the scenery of breaking any law of the state of Florida.
You agree that your liability to this bill is not waived. You agree to be held personally liable in the event the person, company or association the reserved this suite fails to pay any part of the full amount of the suite charges. You agree to be fully liable for any damages beyond normal wear and tear to the apartment and its furnishings.
