CLEANING & SAFETY

The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every area of the property so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (lights switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc).

CONDOMINIUM APPLICATION

The condominium association requires guests to be registered. You must fill out a Lease Application and provide a copy of your ID or passport at least 15 business days in advance to be granted access to the building and the apartment. 

The registration fee is $150 per applicant.

HOUSE RULES

1. Mailbox is not included with the apartment. No key will be provided. Any packages or mail must arrive at the front desk.
2. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. Tobacco, marijuana, or vaping. $150 violation charge.
3. Check-out is at 10:00 am. $150 extra charge if guests check out after this time. Late check-out is only allowed with host approval and paid fee. Leaving late may result in a charge of $100/hr. Late check-out fee if approved: $50 until 1 pm
4. Only paid registered guests are allowed to spend the night in the apartment. $150 charge + $50 per guest per night violation charge. 
5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 9:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise/volume down. This property has a Noise Detector device installed. There will be a $200 violation charge if disconnected or if we get notified you’ve exceeded the noise limit.
6. No dogs or pets are allowed. $150 violation charge
7. If a guest loses a key or key fob there will be a charge of $200 for each lost key or key fob.
8. Please try to maintain the apartment tidy. The excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning charge of $150.
9. For stays longer than one month, a monthly cleaning service is required at an additional $110 per month.
10. Locked out fee: $100.00 per occurrence. If locked out is during the night fee is $150.
