The apartment is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and oven. The accommodation offers air-conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cable channels. Parking is included in your reservation.

CONDOMINIUM APPLICATION
The condominium association requires guests to be registered, so the information we request (a copy of the ID and other information) must be sent promptly to be granted access to the building and the apartment.
The registration fee is $52.
We provide 1 fob only. An additional fob cannot be provided.
The association takes at least 5 business days to approve registrations. Providing all the information on time is essential
CLEANING & SAFETY
The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every area of the property so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (lights switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check-in.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm or later.
Check-out time is at 11:00 am or earlier
No Pets Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $200
Smoking Not Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $150
Events or parties are prohibited.
A monthly cleaning service is required at an additional $170 per month.
A security deposit of $500 is charged and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the unit.
