This comfortable 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment provide everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Our property offers spacious accommodation for 4 people, fully furnished with all the comforts of your home, including a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and toaster. The bedroom has a King size bed and a large bathroom. Additionally, there is a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation offers air conditioning, linen, towels, free WiFi, flat-screen TV, and cable channels. Washers and dryers are available in the same building at extra cost.
The residential condo is located in the heart of Hallandale with a spectacular Intracoastal waterway view and offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, laundry room, and assigned parking.
CLEANING & SAFETY
The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every property area so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (lights switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check-in.
The pool is closed for maintenance until further notice from the association
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm or later.
Check-out time is at 11:00 am or earlier
No Pets Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $200
Smoking Not Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $150
Events or parties are prohibited.
A monthly cleaning service is required at an additional $120 per month.
A security deposit of $500 is charged and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the unit.
